This apartment in Paris is located in the 5th arrondissement at one of the best addresses in the city, literally a block from Notre Dame. The central location of the apartment provides easy access to anything you might want to see or do in the City of Light. The building in which the apartment is located was built during the Regency period (approx. 1720) of the 18th century. This was just after Louis XIV had died and the future Louis XV was too young to rule, so there was a regent. The stone mantle is the original Regency period mantle, which is rare to have intact. In fact, it is rare to have such a large fireplace in Paris.

The apartment accommodates up to four adults and two children. The single bedroom has a king-size bed, and there is a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room. On the mezzanine level, two futons are suitable for children. The recently renovated apartment, with large windows overlooking the lively street below, has been fully sound-proofed to ensure a good night's sleep.
