Your Own “ Temptation Island”

Greetings. My name is Dan Taylor, and I’m the developer of what I consider one of the most extraordinary communities on an extraordinary island—Keyhole Bay on beautiful Roatan, one of the Bay Islands of Honduras.

I’d like to tell you a little bit about my project, and extend a special invitation to you.

Perhaps you’ve heard of Roatan. It’s a world-renowned dive destination, and its hills and beaches are the stuff of sun-worshippers’ legend…so much so, in fact, that the TV series Temptation Island was set here. In fact, part of it took place on my beach. But more about that in a minute.

I’ll say right here that I’m biased—and I make no apologies. I truly do think that our private, gated community at Keyhole Bay offers one of the best values in luxury living available on Roatan. And that’s why I’m writing today—to offer you your own spot under the Caribbean sun here at Keyhole Bay.

Of course, as the developer of Keyhole Bay, I want you to buy here. But I’ll tell you something else…if you buy here, then we’ll be neighbors, because my wife, Sam, and I will live here as well.

And we’ll live here because Keyhole Bay is our idea of paradise—and on an island that offers more than a few slices of paradise, that’s saying something. I’m pretty sure that it may end up being your personal paradise as well. Let me explain.

Roatan’s West Bay is known the world over for its white sand beaches, great restaurants, world-class diving, and general laid-back lifestyle. In a very hot Caribbean beachfront market, we’re one of the hottest. Folks who are buying here now have seen the rest, and they believe they’re buying the best.

That’s certainly how Sam and I feel about it. Keyhole Bay is situated on 20 acres of magnificent beach front and wooded hills, and we think it’s some of the nicest land on the island.

And what does the “keyhole” in our name refer to? It’s a 50-foot inlet that leads directly to our private beach. Remember when I said that part of Temptation Island was set at Keyhole Bay? Well, our beach was one of the “date spots” for the show.

And the beach will be the anchor for our development. Around this beach I’m going to build the Community Center. The Center is just steps away from your front door and offers a Clubhouse, restaurant, bar, meeting facilities, and centerpiece infinity-edged pool in an enchanting seaside setting, all of which overlook the beautiful beach at Keyhole Bay, the heart of the community.

I’m going to make sure that the Community Clubhouse is every bit the equal of the exquisite beach it is built around.

Adjacent to the Community and residential areas we are building the Keyhole Village Commercial Center. The Commercial Center offers retail spaces, commercial offices and apartments – 33,000 square feet of space in the classic colonial Mediterranean style.

These amenities will be at the beck and call of our residents, who will have everything you’d expect of a luxury beach resort location—high-speed Internet service, satellite TV, land line phones, and all-underground utilities.

That’s my plan, and that’s why I’m writing you today. We’re just getting underway at Keyhole Bay, and we want to begin with something I like to call a “seed community” of special people—folks who have always wanted to live in a Caribbean paradise and know what they like…a perfect setting, top-quality amenities, and living spaces that enhance the feeling of being somewhere very, very special.

I’m offering a selection of condos for those who want to become part of our community right away. These spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums are designed with Mediterranean style architecture and will have fully equipped kitchens with state of the art appliances, fixtures and fittings, along with optional furniture packages. Located in oceanfront and hillside settings that take advantage of the breathtaking views and start at $315,000.

These are luxury condos that you can live in, put into our rental management pool, or lock and leave between visits without worries. We’ll even have guest apartments for your visiting guests (if for some reason you don’t want them staying with you!)

If you’d like more information on Keyhole Bay and what I think is an extraordinary opportunity to get into our little piece of paradise at significant savings, please don’t hesitate to contact Ron and Janine Goben in International Living’s Honduras office Tel; 504-445-0427

They’ll be happy to explain in detail how you can join us as a member of our community.

Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you soon!
