Milagro del Mar will buy back your $329,900 unit January 26, 2007 Dear Nicaragua First Alert Reader, Milagro del Mar, the luxury condo project in the heart of Gran Pacifica on Nicaragua’s majestic Pacific coast, is making an unprecedented offer. The developers here are so confident that you’ll fall in love with these luxury units and their extraordinary setting that they’ll buy back your condo if you change your mind about owning it…at a $20,000 profit for you! Here’s how it works… The pre-construction buyback is being offered on only four La Brisa Grande condos. These are huge, 2,723-square-feet, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condos with all the trimmings. Units 201 and 210 regularly list for $399,900, and Units 202 and 209 regularly list for $469,900. Right now these units have pre-construction discount prices of $329,900 and $399,900. They are scheduled for completion in June of 2008.
