for $349,900 or your $399,000 unit for $419,000.

Dear Nicaragua First Alert Reader,

Milagro del Mar, the luxury condo project in the heart of Gran Pacifica on Nicaragua’s majestic Pacific coast, is making an unprecedented offer.

The developers here are so confident that you’ll fall in love with these luxury units and their extraordinary setting that they’ll buy back your condo if you change your mind about owning it…at a $20,000 profit for you!

Here’s how it works…

The pre-construction buyback is being offered on only four La Brisa Grande condos. These are huge, 2,723-square-feet, three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath condos with all the trimmings. Units 201 and 210 regularly list for $399,900, and Units 202 and 209 regularly list for $469,900.

Right now these units have pre-construction discount prices of $329,900 and $399,900. They are scheduled for completion in June of 2008.

If you buy under the terms of the buyback agreement, you’ll have 30 days after completion to exercise your buyback option. Should you do so, no matter what the reason, Milagro del Mar will buy back your $329,900 unit for $349,900 or your $399,000 unit for $419,000.

That’s $20,000 in your pocket.

Here are the terms.

Your 50% deposit for these buyback units must be received by Jan. 31, 2007. Another 40% of the purchase price will be due on Sept. 30, 2007, and the final 10% will be due when you take delivery and the key is placed in your hand.

As I said, the developers of Milagro del Mar are banking on your being so impressed with your unit that selling it back to them, even for a $20,000 profit, will be the farthest thing from your mind. However, the option is there…

But only until Jan. 31. Act now on this can’t-lose deal.
