Playa Blanca Announces Mega-Resort Project

The Founders Residences are 96 luxurious and exclusive condos in two
14-story towers with magnificent views of the ocean

Dear Panama First Alert Reader,

Playa Blanca with its excellent beaches, varied and affordable residential choices, and dining/entertainment options, has been a favorite with Panama Insider and International Living readers for several years.

Now it has suddenly blossomed into what could be the largest, most ambitious mega-residential/hotel/spa resort on Panama’s Pacific coast.

Developer Arie Schwartz has teamed up with two Florida power hitters – Lynx Strategic Development and EDSA Planners and Landscape Architects – to develop a new master plan for Playa Blanca that is simply mind-boggling.

This is a truly grand vision and will take years to fully realize, but in typical style, Arie Schwartz isn’t standing still in the meantime.

The first phase of the new Playa Blanca is already underway. The Founders Residences are 96 luxurious and exclusive condos in two 14-story towers with magnificent views of the ocean. The spacious two-bedroom units are planned to feature top-of-the-line finishes and amenities, private balconies, fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning, and wiring for Internet and cable TV.

Of course, the towers themselves will feature 24-hour security, concierge desks, swimming pools and pool lounges, and much more.

Two-bedroom units in the Founders Residences range in size from 1,347 square feet, and three-bedroom units from 2,165 square feet.

And prices start at just $175,245.

Considering all the infrastructure and amenities that are planned to eventually surround these choice units, it’s hard to see a downside to getting in on the first phase of the new Playa Blanca, especially at these prices. Which is why they are already selling fast. Within days of announcing the new master plan and Founders Residences at our last conference here in Panama, these two beautiful towers were nearly sold out.
