Granada, Nicaragua

 Dear Nicaragua Alert Reader:

Best oceanfront buy in Nicaragua right now? We’ve identified one. Here’s where to find it:

Travel due west from Managua until you hit water. Here, on this country’s beautiful Pacific coast, sits Playa Santa Rosa, the 875-acre development of International Living contributor Bob Fordi. Santa Rosa stretches along 1.75 miles of coast that has been, over the past two years, developed in three phases. In total, to date, Santa Rosa has offered about 65 oceanfront lots.

That is to say, right on the water...front line...nothing between you and the waves.

Oceanfront at Santa Rosa (like so much oceanfront in this country) was sold out. No more to be had. However, right now, one oceanfront lot here has come back on the market due to personal reasons on the part of the original buyer. It’s a quarter-acre in size...located in Phase II...and it’s priced at $89,900.

Oceanfront lots are increasingly hard to come by in this market. An oceanfront lot at this price is a special find.

Plus...here’s the kicker: Bob is offering a 10% discount to readers of International Living. So, for you, the price for this best oceanfront buy on the Nicaraguan Pacific coast is only $80,100.

What more can I say?

If you’d like to act (and I suggest that, if you’re interested, you act sooner rather than later):

P.S. If you attend our Live and Prosper in Nicaragua Seminar August 16-18, you’ll visit Playa Santa Rosa…but it may be too late to take advantage of this special discount. Find out more about our fun and information-packed seminar here.

P.P.S. International Living has told you about Santa Rosa before. See: http://www.internationalliving.com/nicaragua/free/11-20-04.html

Playa Santa Rosa, because it has been under development for more than two years, has complete infrastructure in place for Phases I and II, including electricity, roads, and water. Infrastructure is nearing completion in Phase III.

Note: In the interest of full disclosure, we want you to know that International Living receives commissions from sales at Santa Rosa. As with any development in progress, please remember always to buy what you see…not what is promised.
