December 6 , 2006 Dear Panama First Alert Reader, Another tower of ocean front condos is coming online at Playa Serena. And just in time. The East Tower of this complex, situated on the broad, sandy beach just east of Coronado on Panama’s Pacific coast, is largely sold out. The West Tower is now in pre-sale, and more than 60 units are currently on offer to choose from. With four apartments per floor, there is a size and layout for everybody.
All these condos will feature granite countertops, ceramic tile floors, extra-large view windows, and top-of-the-line bathroom and kitchen fixtures. The developer is also offering appliance, lighting, and air conditioning packages to meet every budget. The complex will contain 54,000 square feet of open social area, with swimming pools, gazebo, thatch-covered gathering areas, tennis court, paths, and direct access to the beach by way of stairs, two elevators and the driveway. Plans also include a gym and a ballroom. When construction begins on the West Tower of Playa Serena, prices will rise, so now is the time to buy. Construction on the East Tower has already begun, and construction on this, the West Tower, will begin when the East Tower is half finished. So your window for savings is already starting to close! Delivery of West Tower condos is slated between July and November of 2009. A $3,000 reservation deposit holds your unit for 30 days, when the balance of your 10% down payment is due. You’ll owe another 10% when construction permits are issued for the tower, and another 10% six months after construction starts. The final 70% is due when your occupancy permit is issued. Maintenance fees at Playa Serena are scheduled at just $150 per month. Plans include a dedicated property management office, and a parking place is included for every condo. This is an excellent chance to cash in at big savings on some very desirable beachfront property. And if sales of the East Tower at Playa Serena are any indication, these won’t last long. Follow this link for more information on how you can lock down your Playa Serena beachfront condo. Don’t hesitate, because there won’t be another tower at Playa Serena. Best Regards,
