  Pre-Construction Prices Almost Gone at Vistalagos

Pre-construction prices won’t last much
longer here…the construction is underway!

Dear Nicaragua First Alert Reader,

We’ve been watching Vistalagos, currently the only active development on the Granada side of Lake Apoyo, for some time now, and it’s been a rewarding process.

We’ve seen Vistalagos grow from bare terrain to a real project. Roads are in. Underground water and electricity have been installed to the rim lots that have such a magnificent view of the amazing crater lake below.

Now more good news…the developers of Vistalagos have received permits and are beginning construction of the dock, bathrooms, and changing rooms that will give all Vistalagos residents access to the calm, clear waters of this extraordinary lake.

Also permitted is the 7,000-square-foot clubhouse building that will house the Vistalagos restaurant, bar, and offices. In addition, the entrance building and surrounding walls are nearing completion.

In short, Vistalagos is taking shape.

There are still lots left at Vistalagos, both lakeside and up on the rim. Prices are currently pegged at just $89,000 for the four remaining lake lots and just $79,000 for the six remaining rim lots – with one rim lot on offer for an unbelievably low $69,000.

And, an entirely new batch of large acreage lots on the gentle slope across the road from the rim lots has just been released. These large, flat lots are perfect for horse lovers, gardeners, and anyone who wants their own large piece of land in a magnificent setting.

And, at prices that currently start at just $29,000, they’re a very tempting bargain.
