On November 6 & 7, 2006, fourteen of the world’s leading offshore experts will show 100 select members how you could soon start taking advantage of often overlooked, highly undervalued, global real estate opportunities that could appreciate more in a single year than most stocks, bonds, and domestic properties will in an entire lifetime.

This is your exclusive invitation to be among that “Select 100.”

Images of Buenos Aires

In two fast-paced, riveting -- and rewarding -- days, we will show you …

  • How you could soon own a beachfront villa in a tropical paradise … with swaying palms on a white sand beach … and a luxurious lifestyle once reserved for the “rich and famous” – for less than you are paying to live at home …  and no corporate taxes for up to 10 years!

  • How you could soon own a picturesque penthouse in one of the Old World’s most elegant cities… by taking advantage of little-known double-digit “Like-Kind” tax breaks … and then quickly leveraging them into 20 times more in real offshore purchasing power!

  • And, how you could soon take advantage of exclusive off-plan, ground-floor opportunities that will let you come in for as little as 5% down … major discounts on the principal … and  zero (that’s -0-) capital gains tax!

Now, if you’re saying, “That sounds too good to be true. There’s got to be a catch” … Well, you’re right, there is. And, I’ve already shared it with you:

This exclusive two-day Global Real Estate Forum is strictly limited to just “100 select members worldwide.” And the seats are already filling up fast. So, you must act now to take advantage of what I promise you’ll soon agree are the offshore real estate bargain opportunities of a lifetime!

Dear Friend,

If I told you, “The real estate market has never been hotter”…

You’d probably say, “I wonder what planet this guy’s living on?

And, you know what? If you’re looking at land anywhere in North America, you’d probably be right on target. The big boom has gone bust. And you may have been left holding the bag.

But, in the part of the planet I’m living on – in Latin America … the Caribbean … the most elegant cities of the Old World … and the most breathtaking venues of the Orient -- I can tell you flat out – beyond doubt – the bargains have never been better!

And that’s why I am inviting you to join 100 select members from throughout the world who will soon have the exclusive opportunity to get in early on what I’m convinced are some of the most lucrative land deals ever offered –land deals that could quickly take you from pennies on the dollar to a personal fortune -- all the way from the sunny beaches of Belize to the snowy ski slopes of the Bulgarian Alps!

It’s as easy as 1-2-3.  And here’s all you have to do:

  1. Get out your calendar and circle the dates: November 6 & 7, 2006 ...

  2. Get out your map and circle the place: Buenos Aires, Argentina ...

  3. Get out your real estate portfolio -- and prepare to watch it explode exponentially

… because on those dates, in that city, I want you to join me for the biggest, boldest and most lucrative --“Land Rush” since the Sooners settled Oklahoma!

It’s called the Global Real Estate Forum. And, however you rush in, I have a feeling you’re going to walk out wealthy. Because 12 of my closest colleagues and I – acknowledged international land experts one and all -- are going to show you exactly…

  • How you can take advantage of little-known offshore banking laws to purchase prime resort property for as much as 20% below market value … with readily available local financing – and onsite assistance for positive rental opportunities!

  • How you can cash in on little-known “Like-Kind Exchange” provisions in the IRS code to legally leverage your real estate purchases … defer up to 40% in capital gains and state taxes -- and pass on to your heirs a highly valuable land legacy!

  • How you can get in on ground floor “Off-Plan” real estate opportunities that could let you pay as little as 10% down – and watch your equity build!

  • How you could avoid the international “currency sharks, find the lowest exchange rates worldwide – and save thousands of dollars in currency exchange rate fees!

  • How you could invest in rapidly valuating Caribbean resort properties … where the living is easy … life is good – and property prices are still so low, they can hardly go anywhere but up!

We’ll show you how you can get in early on spectacular properties, like my readers who bought in the Santa Rosa resort on Nicaragua’s gorgeous Pacific Coast -- and watched values increase 50% in just two weeks!

Plus, I’ll personally show you how I turned apartments that were going for just $787 per square meter right downtown in beautiful Buenos Aires into an investment worth $1,400 per square meter -- barely more than one year later!

And, I’ll show you how to do all of this with less upfront money, lower risks, and potentially higher prospects than with any other real estate purchase you have ever made. That’s a promise.

How can I be so sure? Well, think of it this way: You know that the Wall Street roller-coaster ride is nowhere near at an end. And the government is still creating paper-thin currencies simply by cranking up a printing press.

But, land is real. It’s tangible. It’s limited. It’s as solid as the Rock of Gibraltar. And with the remarkable “dollars-for-dimes” deals on the global real estate market right now – I’m convinced the next 12 months promise to be the most rewarding ever!

That’s why I am so excited about the upcoming Global Real Estate Forum. And why I want you to be among the “Select 100” who learn firsthand how you can take advantage of the “Land Rush” of a lifetime!

Now, in just a minute, I’m going to share with you some of the secrets of why inside moves like “Like-Kind Exchanges” and “Off-Plan” investments are making so many people so much money. Plus, I’ll introduce you to the Forum faculty that’s about to help make your international “Land Rush” flush!

But, first, allow me to introduce myself, so that when you get to the conference we can both hit the ground running -- and gunning …

I’ve Never Lost Money on a Real Estate Deal –
And Now You Can Take that to the Bank!

My name is Lief Simon.

I’ve lived and worked on five continents. Earned a masters degree in International Management. Worked for a CPA firm, been an executive of an international oil company, and served as the chief financial officer for a hospitality design and consulting firm that renovated hotels around the world.

Everywhere I’ve gone, and in everything I’ve done, I’ve helped people realize their dream of owning international real estate…and turning it into “acres of diamonds.” Now, if you’ll let me, I’m about to do the same for you!

You see, tracking down great deals in global markets is my passion in life. And not just for myself. Maybe because I’m still an accountant at heart, I add up the numbers – that multiply your profits.

Since 1996, I have bought, sold, and successfully invested in more than 20 real estate deals in 14 different countries.

What exactly do I do for my readers? Precisely what I’m about to do for you: I search the world for spectacular real estate values -- and then I teach my readers how to take financial advantage of these incredible opportunities. In short, -- I always put my readers way ahead of the curve  -- everywhere in the world -- and here’s the proof. Shortly after I recommended each of these locations, property values began to soar:

  • Santa Rosa, Nicaragua: rose 50% in just 2 weeks!

  • Norome, Nicaragua: appreciated 76% in 2 years!

  • Rancho Santana, Nicaragua: grew 450% in 5 years!

  • Buenos Aires, Argentina: went up in 35% in value in just 1 year!

  • Costa Maya, Mexico: appreciated 200% in 2 years!

  • Los Pirules, Mexico: grew 90% in just 7 months!

  • Nova Scotia, Canada: rose 150% in just 1 year!

Now let me tell you why these figures on my past achievements are so vitally important to your future success. You can write it down -- and take it to the bank:

The fact is: I have never lost money on a real estate deal. And I assure you that I don’t intend to start now.

I can tell you right now that the deals we’ll be bringing to you at the Global Real Estate Forum are some of the best I have ever seen -- in France, in Panama and Nicaragua, in Central Europe and Mexico. The truth is: They’re more than a deal. They’re a steal -- for those who get in early!

And, yet, the Forum goes even beyond that. You’ve heard the old saw, “Give a man a fish and he’ll eat for a day; teach a man to fish and he’ll eat for a lifetime.” Well, we’re going to teach you to fish for trophy catches (that’s plural) in the world’s biggest pond – the exploding global real estate market. And we’re going to do it all for you in two fast-paced, fact-filled days just a few short weeks away!

The 12 international experts I’m about to introduce you to are some of the sharpest minds in the land game. As you will soon see for yourself, they are an international real estate tour de force.  Their private jets are standing by…their packed schedules have been put on hold…and their full focus will soon be on your future in global real estate …

because on the November 6 & 7, they will gather in a private conference room in the luxurious 725 Buenos Aries Hotel with a select group of serious members. And, now, I want you to be one of them!

Welcome to the Global Real Estate Forum –
Wealth Workshops with a World View!

At the Global Real Estate Forum, we’re going to teach you both the fundamentals – and the fine points -- of acquiring international real estate … and leveraging it into a lasting fortune. We are going to teach you how to approach this lucrative market from every angle imaginable -- and how to reap rewards from every approach.

That’s why I have brought together some of the top experts from around the world to serve as your faculty, your mentors, and your one-on-one advisors. You see, we’re serious about your success.

And that’s why I encourage you now to make absolutely certain you are one of the “Select 100” to join us at the Forum. In fact, let me urge you: Sign up -- right now -- before every seat is already taken!

In just a few moments, I’m going to reveal to you some of the tax-saving “insider secrets” that could soon help you leverage thousands to make millions. And I’ll show you how “off-plan” opportunities can put you on-course for windfall gains.

But, first, I want you to imagine what you could do with property that costs you a dime – and is soon worth a dollar … And then, I want you to stop imagining – and start doing-- because at November’s Global Real Estate Forum’s Wealth Workshops, you’ll learn all you need to know to help you, as I promised earlier, “turn pennies on the dollar into a personal fortune.”

And it all starts with the excusive Wealth Workshop on the highly lucrative practice of “Like-Kind” leveraging …

Forum Wealth Workshop #1
Escaping Capital Gains with Your Like-Kind Tax Cut!

I’m sure you remember what Ben Franklin said about “A penny saved is a penny earned.” Well, at the Forum, we’re going to go many times better than that.

In fact, we’re going to show you how every $10,000 invested could be $25,000 … $50,000 … $100,000 earned. Or even more! And we’ll show you how you can do it with Uncle Sam’s help. Believe it or not.

It’s all possible with a Trump-type, insider secret known as a “Like-Kind Exchange.” It’s been around since 1921 (though the IRS hasn’t exactly shouted it from the rooftops). And properly executed -- as you’ll soon learn at the Like-Kind Workshop -- it can be the most powerful tool you’ll ever discover for deferring capital gains tax!

Let me tell you what Section 1031 of the IRS Code says, pure and simple: “No gain or loss shall be recognized on the exchange of property held for productive use in a trade or business or for investment if such property is exchanged solely for property of like-kind which is to be held for productive use in a trade or business or for investment.”

Now, I know that sound like bureaucratic gobbledygook. So, let me tell you exactly what it means for you:

Simply put, if you follow the right steps (which we’re going to teach you) in buying and selling the right properties (which we’ll help you find)   -- then PRESTO, you don’t owe one red cent in capital gains tax. And that 15%, which would have gone to the IRS, goes straight into your pocket!

Then, using real estate leveraging techniques -- which we will also show you at the Forum -- every dollar not due in taxes enables you to purchase up to 20 times more in highly valuable real estate!

And keep in mind that when you combine the 15% capital gains tax with state taxes as high as 11%, Like-Kind Exchanges can save -- and earn – you and your family a lasting fortune!

I think now you can see why we’re bringing some of the nation’s leading tax experts to the Forum to help you sort out Like-Kind. In fact, if you’re like most investors, the amount of money you’ll be able to pocket from the Like-Kind workshop alone will make the Forum far more than worthwhile – for decades to come!

Let me give you a real quick example … Let’s say you bought a condo unit 10 years ago for $100,000. It’s now worth $250,000. And you want to sell it to buy a chunk of waterfront land as an investment. Then, let’s say the waterfront land is for sale for $300,000. The $150,000 appreciation in your condo unit is subject to a 15% capital gains tax – so your total proceeds are reduced to $227,500.

But, if you know the procedure involved in a Like-Kind Exchange, the capital gains tax is reduced to zero – and you have an additional $22,500. Which gives you $250,000 to leverage in purchasing the waterfront property. (And, remember, this doesn’t even include state taxes that were sidestepped at the sale.)

Think of it as getting an entirely legal, interest-free, no-term loan from the federal government on taxes due. Which I know must sound as appealing to you as it does to me. That’s why, at Wealth Workshop #1, our Like-Kind Exchange experts will show you:

  • How to quickly and easily execute the six documents used in 1031 exchanges …

  • How to save thousands of dollars in legal fees alone by greatly reducing the time it takes an attorney to complete his work …

  • How to avoid “timing and intent” penalties that can quickly wipe out potential gains …

  • How to find the right “middleman” to meet your needs.

Now I don’t want you to get bogged down in tax matters -- either here or at the Forum. And I know you don’t either. But it is vital. So let me just add this:

The Like-Kind Exchange is truly one of the last powerful tax advantages left in real estate. And no one can guarantee how much longer it will last. You need to know about it now -- while it could substantially increase the net worth of your real estate portfolio for decades to come. So, I urge you to get your reservation in -- to make your fortune at the Forum!

I’m sure you’ve noticed by now that every aspect of the Global Real Estate Forum is carefully focused on helping you leverage every dollar you save, earn, or invest.

That’s because one of the very important lessons I’ve learned in my many years of international land deals is this: If the key to profitable real estate opportunities is “Location, Location, Location,” the lock is “Leverage, Leverage, Leverage.”

And as you’ll soon find out at the Forum, what I’m about to reveal now -- Off-Plan real estate opportunities – will give you the very best of both …

Forum Wealth Workshop #2:
How Off-Plan Can Put You on Course for a Cash Killing!

Let me give you a quick million-dollar formula for prodigious Off-Plan profit taking: “To make money off-plan, you must be on time.” It’s a formula we’ll discuss in detail at Wealth Workshop #2. But, let me briefly explain what I mean …

Off-Plan Properties are pre-construction opportunities. You get to come in at the blueprint stage. Before the roof is raised. Before the first nail is driven. Before the ground is even broken. And that means, you pay less -- to get more!

For you, Off-Plan Properties are the very essence of buying low and selling high. They’re every investor’s dream. That’s why the banks, the developers, and savvy governments around the world are bringing Off-Plan on line.

The best part of this kind of real estate purchase can be the terms: You make an initial deposit of just 5% to 10% of the purchase price – and then you make no progress payments until completion of your unit.

As a select Forum participant, you will get the inside track on some of the most lucrative Off-Plan opportunities in the entire world! These opportunities will be brought to you by speakers who have successfully followed this strategy in markets such as Spain, Ireland, Panama, Romania, France, Hungary and Croatia.

In short, at the Forum, we’ll tell you about specific Off-Plan opportunities in some of the worlds hottest global real estate markets. And we’ll show you exactly where – and when – to cash in quick!

Let me put it this way: The Off-Plan market has never been better -- and your opportunities have never been greater. At the Global Real Estate Forum, we’ll tell you where, when, and how it can help you set up the maximum appreciation with the minimum up-front costs -- time and again -- worldwide.

Plus, as an extra-added bonus, I'll give you my incisive, new report on little-known financing options in every one on the countries we cover at the Forum. And, just to make sure that when you go Off-Plan, you never get off track, I’ll also include my popular report “The Seven Dirty Secrets of the International Property Game.” They’re both yours ABSOLUTELY FREE, as my gift to you. So don't miss out -- sign up now!

Now, if Off-Plan opportunities are proof positive that good things are worth waiting for … then what we’ll share with you at Wealth Workshop #3 may be even better -- for those who don’t mind waiting just a little longer.

I call them “Dream Developments,” for two very good reasons: First, because they often start out in the mind’s eye of a visionary beholder. And, second, because when they become a reality, they provide the kind of highly rewarding opportunity of which every entrepreneur dreams …

Forum Wealth Workshop #3:
How to Find an International Development Company
that Can Help You Turn Real Estate into Real Wealth!

Let me tell you right from the start that this is one of my favorite workshops -- and not just because I have the pleasure of teaching it.

The fact is, once you know how to find the right international real estate development company, finding maximum appreciation takes a minimum of effort. I do it all the time. All over the world. And in this breakout session, I get to show you how.

To me, that’s downright exciting. To you, it can be highly rewarding.

As you can tell from everything I’ve told you so far, I take the fun of foreign property acquisitions very seriously. Properly done, they can provide a value far in excess of any other investment available today. But, if not taken seriously, they can leave you tossing and turning, wondering if it was a good idea to trust your hard-earned money to someone who, for example, “no hablas.”

Well, in this session, I’m going to make sure that never happens to you. I’ll show you exactly what to look for, including:

  • How to analyze an international land developer’s pro forma to make sure he’s all-pro -- and no con!

  • How to quickly analyze the political lay of the land to make certain the laws of the land are in your favor!

  • How to assess a country’s economic structure to make sure it’s on sound fiscal footing with a bright fiscal future!

  • How to listen for the key words and phrases that tell you whether a developer is the kind of company you want to keep!

This single workshop alone could pay the price of entry a hundred times over. And yet, there’s even more …

Forum Wealth Workshop #4:
Beating the Banks: How to Save – and Make -- Money…
Before You Spend a Single Dime!

In the States, getting a mortgage can be as easy as opening your mailbox. But one of the biggest challenges in foreign real estate, especially if you’re just getting started, can be coming up with the initial capital.

Ideally, you want to use leverage to invest a small amount yourself. Then, if the property increases in value, you want to reap the gains on the larger returns.

But financing isn’t always available overseas -- and when it is, the interest rates can be crippling.

That’s why we’re going to show you how to get competitive financing in almost any market you could think of…and two markets in particular:

Country #1: This Caribbean country, with its sun-baked beaches on the Atlantic and Pacific, is the most popular with U.S. expats worldwide. Yet financing -- if you can get it -- will have you looking around for Jesse James. Right now, 14% interest rates are the norm. But that’s all about to change…

The way property is “officially” valued in this country (i.e. artificially low) discourages U.S. financial institutions from entering the market. But this country’s government is waking up to how much tax they’re losing--especially on new construction--with these false valuations. And that’s why we are now making moves that could see U.S.-style rates enter this market for the very first time.

The best part is that right now, you can position yourself to take maximum, early advantage of this coming tidal wave of financing. And we’ll show you how!

Country # 2: This country, one of Europe’s up-and-coming stars, has beautiful beaches, ever-increasing tourism figures, great-value real estate prices…In short; it has everything going for it--except it’s impossible for foreigners to get mortgages. Until now.

The fact is, we have just learned of an exciting development that will crack this market wide open -- and enable you to get one of the lowest interest rates on financing in Europe. We’ll tell you everything you need to know come November!

Now, before we go any further, let me ask you a question that could make the difference between your making a fortune -- and losing your shirt: Do you know what the “tourist rate” is?

Well, frankly, it’s a slick way for your local high street banker to rob you blind. Let me explain …

Unless you buy real estate in a dollar denominated market (and we’ll tell you about plenty of those at the Forum) you’ll have to make a currency exchange when you buy property abroad. The best rate for trading currency is the interbank rate. That’s the rate used by banks to trade hundreds of millions of dollars worth of currency. The worst rate for trading currency is the “tourist rate.” That’s the rate you got when you exchanged the £10 your aunt in Britain sent you for your birthday.

Believe it or not, even though we’re talking about countless millions of dollars, most U.S. buyers get only the tourist rate when they exchange funds for a real estate purchase abroad. And that means they lose their shirts!

Well, at the Forum, we’ll make sure that never happens to you. In fact, with the knowledge you’ll soon have, you could save thousands of dollars on a single transaction alone – which you could then put towards your Like-Kind leveraging, or Off-Plan cash killing.

This is the type of insider knowledge and inner circle information that successful real estate professionals rely on every day. And we’re going to share it all with you at Forum Wealth Workshop #4.

That’s why one of the international real estate experts I will be introducing you to at the Forum is a fellow named Mike Cobb. Mike is acknowledged worldwide as a leading authority on real estate development and financing.

In fact, I have asked Mike to teach a special Bonus Wealth Workshop featuring his highly popular -- and profitable – personal insights as a leading international developer. Call it “Forum Wealth Workshop #5.” I have heard it before … And, I can tell you from firsthand experience, you can (and should) take it to the bank!

So, don’t delay one more moment. Click below, come to the Forum -- and learn how to cut your own best deal for some of the world’s most overlooked – and undervalued – international properties!

Before I close, let me tell you a little bit about the “Dream Team” I’ve brought together on your behalf. Once you see who you’ll soon be meeting, you’ll probably say that I’ve saved the best for last. And, you know, in some ways, you may be right …

The Forum Faculty in Focus:
Your International Dream Team Come True!*

One of the advantages of traveling the world is that when it comes to finding top talent, I get the pick of the lot. And that’s just who you’re going to be teaming up with at the Global Real Estate Forum.

I’ll say it flat out: When it comes to global finance, these are the best in the business. Hands down. And hands on. Whether they are talking about Like-Kind Exchanges, Off-Plan Properties, international banking, or building development communities from the ground up -- they know how to do it…and they do it well.

So, let me briefly introduce you to these remarkable people. I think you’ll find that these are people who will not only become your mentors and confidants – but also your trusted friends and advisors for years to come. Count on it.

Robert Chernick – Robert is a senior executive with specific expertise garnered by over 35 years in business. His professional qualifications include having graduated as a Canadian Chartered Accountant (CA) in 1961, and becoming a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) in 1966, which membership is still current.

Throughout the 1960’s in New York, Robert was a well-known venture capitalist raising funds and creating ventures with major institutions such as Citicorp and Chase Manhattan Bank, in conjunction with various Federal Government programs such as the SBIC and MESBIC programs. Subsequent to this, he was instrumental in finalizing the negotiation for the Canadian Franchise Rights for Century 21 Real Estate, and prepared its five-year business plan. Following this plan, Century 21 Canada grew nationwide with 7,560 agents and 9 billion in annual sales.

Robert Chernick became the President and board member of a Canadian public company that functioned as a merchant bank to the real estate development industry. After two successive additional share issues to the public totaling $70,000,000, he directed the operations to the ownership and management of hotels which ultimately totaled in excess of 4,000 rooms across the United States.

He prospected and arranged for an IPO of $150 million for a proposed merger of time-share interests and the Company’s hotel portfolio. He was the architect of, and engineered the ‘off-shore’ structure of the Company, and was headquartered in Barbados for 3 years concomitant to that structure. He is considered an expert in the intricacies and complexities of off-shore structures and taxation.  Under his stewardship, the company had a portfolio of development product totaling in excess of $900,000,000.

Michael Cobb -- During a successful career in the computer industry, Mike decided to leave and pursue more pioneering opportunities in the emerging real estate markets of Central America. He and his business partner formed a company, Exotic Caye International, to provide loans to North Americans purchasing properties in Belize, Honduras and throughout the region.

As the need for capital outstripped the supply, the mortgage company was converted to an international bank under the jurisdiction of Belize. It continues to provide mortgage services, but has expanded its services to encompass the full realm of financial products. Exotic Caye is now a holding company for several other ventures including a resort on Ambergris Caye, Belize and a 100 acre teak plantation in Panama.

In August of 2000, Exotic Caye purchased 3.5 miles of Pacific Beachfront property due west of Managua, Nicaragua.

Unlike the traditional Central American development models, the Gran Pacifica business unit is planning to build a world-class 250-room resort hotel, 27 holes of golf, and associated amenities before selling the real estate.

Mike Cobb has spoken at numerous international conferences about real estate financing and development.  He has acted as a consultant to the Oxford Club and gives counsel to various real estate projects throughout Central America.  He, his wife Carol, and 2 daughters Amanda and Emily make their home in Managua Nicaragua.

Robert Kroesen – Robert is of Dutch origin, but was born and raised in Panama, attended University in the U.S., and is fluent in Dutch, Spanish and English. He has a passionate vision for preserving land and growing teak -- that also provides a handy option for securing Panama residency or citizenship through teak forestry and land ownership. Prior to joining United Nature, he directed the global Sales and Marketing for one of Panama's largest law firms. He has also owned his own business within Panama's Free Trade Zone. Robert truly brings a unique point of view to the table.

Martina Dunphy – Martina,  International Living’s Local Offices Director, joined the group in October 2000. Originally from Kilkenny, Ireland, Martina came to work for International Living in Waterford, and has worked her way steadily up the ladder. Her horizons have broadened both within the group…and geographically. January 2006, Martina took IL’s advice, packed bag and baggage, and moved to Panama City, where she continues to reside and to manage International Living’s growing office in Casco Viejo.

From this base, Martina manages International Living's local office operations in Panama, Mexico, Honduras, Nicaragua, and France. In addition, she is hard at work expanding IL’s in-country networks. She looks to add offices elsewhere in Latin America and Europe and to establish IL’s first base of operations in Asia in 2007.

Martina is a lifetime over-achiever, having graduated high school early, earned her business management degree at night, and won several awards in Ireland for her efforts and results. Martina continues her studies with the Chartered Institute of Management Accounting.

Brandon Clogston – The editor of the highly popular Panama Insider newsletter, Brandon Clogston has lived and worked in three countries and the first contributed to International Living by assisting in the Mexico International Living and Mexico Insider offices. Brandon was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, and received his B.S. in journalism from the University of Nebraska-Omaha. He will be providing his on-the-ground insights into issues relating to retirement and relocation, investment, offshore banking, and travel in Panama.

Lori Estrada – Lori and her husband Jorge Estrada (the great grandson and nephew of 3 former Nicaragua presidents and several Premier Generals of the Republic) always had a dream of accomplishing the extraordinary in Nicaragua.  And since both are in the medical field, it seemed only natural that they would open a premier orthopedic clinic in Managua with leading state of the art technology. But, that’s only the beginning.

Through community outreach programs they have developed, Jorge and Lori were awarded the Diploma of Honor in 2003 from the Fire Department of Managua, and in 2004, the Medal of Amistad from the National Police, for their extraordinary community service.

Drawing upon their sterling reputation, high-level network, and track-record of achievement, Jorge and Lori recently turned their attention to Nicaragua’s “Pacific Riviera,” where they are developing Cumbres Montecristo – an exclusive oceanfront residential community.  Together, Jorge and Lori have addressed every detail, to ensure that the residents of Cumbres Montecristo will afford all the world class amenities, comforts and security possible. They will share with you lucrative opportunities still available in this one-of-its kind world-class resort.

Ron and Janine Goben -- Ron and Janine Goben have lived in the Bay Islands of Honduras since 1998. They left the stress of corporate America and the increasing population of Colorado for a simpler life and opened the local office of International Living there in 2004, after several years of operating a property management company. At the time, Janine was the sales manager for Lawson Rock, the most prestigious development in the Roatan Bay Islands.

Lief Simon – That’s me, and I’ve already told you a little bit about my background above. So, let me just add that as the Global Real Estate editor for International Living, I spend better than two-thirds of my time on the road in search of the top real estate opportunities worldwide. For example, in 2001, I recommended buying property in Argentina, despite the fact that the country was just pulling out of a major financial crisis. Since then, we have enjoyed appreciation of at least 100% on buys. I've also turned readers onto investments in Mexico, Nicaragua, and Romania that have respectively appreciated 160% in 18 months ... 120% in 12 months ... and 82% in 15 months. And now, at the Forum, it’s your turn!

*Speakers are subject to change.

There you have it -- all the expertise you will ever need to turn global property into a personal fortune. On November 6 &7, they will be gathered at the 725 Buenos Aries Hotel with only one item on their agenda – helping you learn the success secrets of the world’s wealthiest real estate moguls. I think you will agree: When it comes to making top profits on global properties, the 725 in beautiful Buenos Aires just became the one single location certain to provide you the highest possible “return on investment” in the shortest amount of time … So, don’t miss out!

But, yet, there’s even more. In fact, it’s the Forum event I’m personally most excited about. But, it’s strictly limited to the first 50 registrants. So, sign up now!

Introducing Lief Simon’s “Argentina Opportunities Tour”—
a FREE Hands-On Field Trip for the First 50 Registrants Only!

Even with all of the above -- the international real estate community’s most renowned experts … teaching some of the most intriguing workshops … in one of the world’s most enticing settings – I’m still not through.

In my opinion – having personally surveyed the lay of the land -- no trip to Argentina would be complete without a hands-on look at some of Latin America’s most exciting real estate opportunities.

As the AP Wire recently reported, “With startup costs and wages still low in Argentina, entrepreneurs say their savings in dollars, euros, and pounds go a lot further here – letting them chase entrepreneurial dreams while reveling in the nation’s cosmopolitan blend of Latin America and Europe.”

The fact is: the opportunity for remarkable bargains has never been better than it is now. And that’s why I am personally inviting you to join me on what I’m calling the “Argentina Opportunity Tours.” They take place on November 8, 2006 – the day after the final sessions of the Global Real Estate Forum.

These “Opportunity Tours” (there will be just two) will take you to what I consider the best deals on the top properties in all of Argentina. But, be forewarned: These two trips will be strictly limited to only 25 participants in each. That’s just 50 in all.  So, I urge you to sign up now. Because the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis!

On these unique on-site field trips, I will personally take you to some of leading locations my team and I have scouted in a country bursting with unparalleled opportunities. And I will share with you what I consider the positives and negatives of each specific property.

We’ll look at apartments in Buenos Aries, where its 47 distinct – and distinctive – barrios offer you everything from bargain-priced “fixer-uppers” in trendy San Telmo to the lavish condos of the Recoleta (where, believe it or not, great deals still exist). We’ll visit rentals on the outskirts of the city where beautiful flats can still be had for as little as $40 a square foot.

And I’ll also take you to some of what I personally consider the most promising off-plan construction projects in all of Argentina. Once these stunning resort communities go vertical, the prices will likely rise as fast as the buildings. So, I’ll tell you why – and when – I think is the best time to make the move that will give you the most value.

Plus, I will give you my own personal insights into how I analyze every aspect of international real estate opportunities – whether in Latin America, the Orient, or throughout Europe. Then, you’ll be able to apply the very same techniques for buying low and selling high worldwide.

As International Living’s “International Real Estate Guru,” I travel the globe 200-plus days a year analyzing what I consider the world’s best property deals. And, clients pay upwards of $5,000 a day for my personal consultation.

But, once you sign up as one of the “Select 100” for the Global Real Estate Forum, these exclusive services are yours free. By being one of the first 50 to register for my “Argentina Opportunity Tours,” you can now learn the secrets of my success – with me by your side every step of the way. So, don’t miss out!

Argentina – Old World Charm at Third World Prices

Argentina, home to the November 6 & 7 Global Real Estate Forum, has been called “The Old World in Microcosm”– at one-third the cost … and with 10 times the opportunities!

Images of ArgentinaStretching lavishly from the lush Chilean border to the breath-taking Straights of Magellan, this vast, panoramic land features almost every geographical contour imaginable … from some of the world’s highest mountains in the western Andes to the parched desert of the Gran Chaco … from the wine-producing foothills of Mendoza to the world-class ski resorts of northern Patagonia … from the broad, sparkling boulevards of Buenos Aries to the fertile earth of the great Pampas, where the topsoil is a yard deep.

It is a country self-sufficient in rich cuisine -- so much so that, for centuries, it has seemed to serve as a testing ground for the Atkins Diet. Its entire population thrives on quantities of rich, red meat few foreigners can barely even imagine. Yet they don’t suffer particularly high rates of obesity or arteriosclerosis.

Everywhere you go, you watch families, businessmen and women, couples and singles gaily populating local parrillas (Argentine grills). Think of a medieval feast with lean slabs of beef and racks of lamb, and you’ll get the idea. But, in Argentina, you don’t need to be King Arthur to afford one of these spreads. With the Argentine peso still coming out of a big slump, you’ll pay very little for one of these lavish feasts.

In fact, a typical night out in one of uptown Buenos Aires’ finer restaurants comes in for under $10 – including an excellent cut of beef, wine, dessert, style, service and enticing ambiance.

And the housing prices are just as impressive:

  • In  picturesque Tortuguitas, a gracious home with three bedrooms, an en-suite with a walk-in closet, a maid’s quarters, a kitchen with a breakfast area and a laundry – plus and a lavishly landscaped grounds featuring an in-ground pool and BBQ area – goes for just $90,000!
  • In pastoral La Cumbre, a brand new country-style chalet with a full living room and dining room, a modern American kitchen, two bedrooms, a bath – and breathtaking mountain views – sells for just $36,000!
  • In the exclusive Plaza San Martin area of beautiful Buenos Aires, a stunning sunlit apartment with one bedroom, a master bath with a Jacuzzi, a maid’s room (with its own bath), a kitchen with a breakfast area, a semi-private palier, reception hall – and 24 hours security – can be yours for just $160,000!
  • And in the secluded, scenic Mendoza wine country, a 34 acre working vineyard, only 40 kilometers from colonial San Rafael – with a 640 square meter bungalow onsite – sells for just $80,000!

At the Global Real Estate Forum, you’ll hear about undervalued, overlooked properties like these throughout Latin America – and around the globe. Plus, as Lief Simon’s personal guest on his exclusive Argentina Opportunities Tour (limited to the first 50 registrants) you’ll see firsthand some of the best deals on the top properties in all of Argentina.

Plus, you’ll learn from the master, himself, the tips and techniques of International Living’s “International Real Estate Guru” for buying low and selling high worldwide!

So, don’t delay, sign up today!
