107 building projects under construction… Donald Trump’s $220 million luxury oceanfront tower… The “YES” vote to expand the Panama Canal
(and the 7,000 new jobs it will create)…

And that’s just the beginning…

You can either get in now, or wish you did five years from today. Join us this May, and we’ll show you how to get in on the “Latin American Boom” in Panama - before it’s too late.

Dear Reader:
Panama is on fire!
Not in the literal sense, of course…
But the truth is, it’s never been hotter in this tiny Central American country.

Panama is flat-out booming - across all sectors…

Here’s what I mean:

  1. A recent Credit Suisse report predicted real growth of 6 to 7 percent in Panama in 2006 and 2007 - and a surge in residential construction…
  2. A study by Prima Panama, a local real estate marketing and promotion company, identified 107 building projects under construction in Panama City as of July 2006. The total value of these projects is estimated at USD$3.17 billion - equivalent to 20% of Panama’s overall annual GDP in 2005. These projects will be completed and come to market by 2010.
  3. Real Estate Mogul Donald Trump is building the Trump Ocean Club - a 65-story international hotel and tower. It will feature 800 hotel and condominium units overlooking the beach, a casino and a 24-hour yacht club in Panama City.

"I really think the time for Panama has come…"
Trump recently told reporters.

  1. A $5.25 billion plan to widen the Panama Canal was approved by referendum on October 22, 2006. This will allow the Canal’s capacity to almost double. According to Panamanian sources, this will create “… an economic windfall and an estimated 7,000 jobs during the five-year construction period.”
  2. UNESCO has predicted that Panama will become the region’s technology and communications hub within the next few years…
  3. Even the entertainment industry is getting in on Panama. The CBS hit reality show Survivor filmed in Panama for its 7th, 8th, and 12th seasons – making Panama the only country in the world where the show has filmed more than once…)

Yes indeed, Panama is home to perhaps the most dynamic, fastest-growing business environment in the Western Hemisphere.

In Panama, you can find both warm clear Caribbean style water and beaches (as above) and also fabulous Pacific beaches, perfect for surfing and big game fishing

Yet Panama’s not just a great place to do business…

For the sixth year running, Panama has come out on top of International Living’s Annual Global Retirement Index.
In other words, Panama’s a great place to liveeven if you’re not “retiring.”
Let me explain.

Panama offers something for expats of all ages - and not just “retirees”

Even though Panama’s famed pensionado program is likely the most benefit-laden retirement program in the world, many expats snatching up property in Panama these days are young professionals in their 30’s, 40’s and 50’s simply looking for a cheaper, warmer, safer place to live, start a new business, and enjoy everything that Panama has to offer.

What’s making Panama such a hot spot for the younger crowd?

It boasts:

  • Striking, unspoiled tropical landscapes and coastlines on both the Caribbean and Pacific coasts… Switzerland-like mountain living in Panama’s interior valleys… and the bustling cosmopolitan capital of Panama City…
  • A mercifully low cost of living… real estate prices that remain only a small fraction of comparable properties in America… and close proximity to the United States…
  • A friendly population that welcomes foreign residents and investors… exciting nightlife and cultural activities… and a large English-speaking population…
  • World-class off-shore banking… first-class health care with many U.S. trained medical specialists… a plethora of promising business opportunities… and generous, money-saving tax breaks…
  • … and much, much more.

When it comes to overseas havens, no other country comes close to Panama - hence its incredible popularity these days with forward-thinking North Americans.

So, what’s the best way to discover Panama, then?

Fancy a dip in the turquoise waters of beautiful Isla Grande?

Well, you could continue to read our emails… you could continue to read about it in the mainstream press… you could continue to hear your friends raving about the deal they got on their beachfront dream home and how much fun they had on their last trip…

  1. The U.S. Dollar is the official currency of Panama…
  2. Panama’s emphasis on education has resulted in a 90.8% literacy rate…
  3. Panamanians enjoy the highest per capita incomes in Central America…
  4. Panama’s water supply is safe to drink in most areas without fear of Montezuma’s Revenge…
  5. Malaria has been completely eradicated in Panama…
  6. Medical care is abundant, inexpensive, and of high quality (hint: doctors don’t have to pay the high malpractice insurance fees they do in the U.S.)
  7. The infrastructure rivals that of the U.S. with accessible roads, international airports with daily flights to the U.S., and public and mass transportation…
  8. Panama’s constitution guarantees religious freedom…
  9. Considered the banking capital of Central America, Panama is a privacy and tax haven second only to Switzerland…
  10. Many people are bilingual in Spanish and English…

Don’t let any more time pass – Panama is still a great deal – but the window is closing. Don’t get left out.

But we know from 27 years of experience that there’s a better way…
To really discover a dynamic place like Panama, the best way is – without question - to come down and experience it for yourself…

… to meet the other expats that are already living, investing, and starting new businesses in Panama…

… to meet the local experts that are already intimately familiar with the local tax laws… the residency laws… the banking system… the business opportunities… the real estate market…

… and, especially, to meet the IL Panama Office team – an experienced crew of on-the-ground expats that’s constantly scouting the country in search of new opportunities. This team lives and breathes Panama 24/7… and you won’t find a support system like this in place anywhere else in the world.

I came because I was needy.  The wealth of info made me feel greedy.”

However, nothing in the world can take the place of seeing – and feeling – a place for yourself.

That sense when your feet touch the soil… that sense that you could easily call this place home – or at least, a home away from home.

You’ll Be Spoiled For Choice In Panama

At the Live and Prosper in Panama Seminar, you’ll find out all the reasons – first-hand - why Panama has won our Global Retirement Index for six years straight.

Just the ocean, and you…

We’ll show you how easy it is in Panama to:

  • Own an affordable dream home in Paradise. Find stunning beachside homes for only $75,000… secluded valley retreats for only $60,000… and upscale downtown apartments for only $85,000…
  • Cut your cost of living by 35% to 50%. Take a taxi across town for $1… watch a movie at the theatre (in English) for $3.75… enjoy a steak dinner in a nice restaurant for $7… receive one month of high-speed internet access for $20... visit a U.S. trained doctor for $40…
  • Access modern amenities and infrastucture. Enjoy newly-paved roads and highways, air-conditioned shopping malls, high-speed Internet access, cable and satellite TV, and much more.
  • Enjoy a warm, year-round climate. Along the coasts, you’ll find the tropical climate pleasant. The swimming, scuba-diving, snorkeling, and swimming opportunities here are truly world-class. Head inland, you’ll find lush green hills, flowing rivers, and spectacular waterfalls.
  • Indulge your sense of adventure. Trek through uncharted jungles and steamy rainforests and some of the most vast, rich and complex rainforests on the planet... canoe into rural villages... go on white-water-rafting expeditions... horseback ride along deserted palm-lined beaches... dive in spectacular Caribbean waters...
  • Get the visa of your choice – hassle-free.  Apply today and soon have residency for life. It's fast, it’s affordable, and it's easy. And benefits include one-time exemption of duties for the importation of household goods (up to $10,000) and an exemption every two years of import duties for a car.
  • Speak English with friendly locals. Because of the long-standing American presence here, you’ll find that many of the locals speak excellent English. Communicating is easy.
  • Find affordable, first-rate health care. You’ll find nearly any health care service that you could ever want, but at a fraction of the prices in North America (A U.S-trained doctor will make a house call for around $40.) Furthermore, prices for prescription drugs are low here as well.
  • … and much, much more.

And you can still find deals in Panama – if you move quickly…

Although there are still deals to be had in Panama… places to discover… an enviable lifestyle waiting for you to call it your own… we don’t want to see you put it off much longer – and run the risk of missing out.

Our last four Live and Prosper in Panama Seminars sold out… and I expect this next seminar to sell out quicker than ever …

… especially with the increase in attention that Panama has been receiving from the mainstream press, travel magazines, and cruise ships.

Take a look:

“… property here remains a fraction of what one would pay for similar real estate in the United States. And with enticements like a 20-year suspension of property taxes to those who build houses or renovate in a historic district, and an income tax hiatus for those starting some small businesses, the opportunities are appealing not only for those seeking a place to retire but also for entrepreneurs.”
--The New York Times

“… hands new American retirees a property-tax exemption and steep discounts on everything from movies to surgery… You can live in a nice place by the water, and you can live dirt-cheap…”
--Newsweek

“… lets retirees import a car tax-free every two years, import $10,000 of household items tax-free, and buy property tax-free…”
--The Wall Street Journal

““Property prices are predicted to rise by 400% over the next four years…”
--London’s Daily Mail

“The most beautiful retreat in the world…”
--Harpers Bazaar

“The best adventure destination of the year.”
--Porthole Cruise Magazine

“The Number One Retirement Destination in the Western Hemisphere”
--Modern Maturity Magazine

There are also numerous bona fide agencies that have recognized Panama for its safety, economic status and bevy of opportunities.

The stalwart voice of retirement options – the AARP – has even honed in on Boquete – a mountainous city with a burgeoning expatriate population that holds the #4 position on their list of best places to retire.

Imagine yourself swimming in this pool at Hacienda Los Molinos

So I hope you’ll trust me when I tell you, the time for you to come and explore the bountiful opportunities that exist in Panama is right now.

I Accept Your Invitation!

Click here to find out seminar rates and specials – such as the early bird rate if you register by March 10. Hotel discounts and other registration options are designed to make this an affordable getaway.

And there’s no better place to start than the location of the Live and Prosper in Panama Seminar, Panama’s bustling cosmopolitan capital - Panama City.

Imagine Miami Without The Price Tag

With its Miami flavor and New York City energy and infrastructure, Panama’s capital of Panama City is a real, functioning, First World city – without the First World price tag.

Panama City boasts:

  • Air conditioned shopping malls
  • Luxurious high-rise condo buildings
  • Accessible telecommunications – including widespread mobile phone coverage and high-speed wireless internet
  • ATM’s on nearly every corner
  • World-class restaurants, nightclubs, casinos…
  • … and much more

You’ll find that every modern convenience you could get in a world-class city in America, you can get in Panama City…

… except everything costs much, much less – especially real estate.

Real Estate Bargains Abound In Panama

Panama City’s modern skyline

At the Live and Prosper in Panama Seminar, you’ll learn about the incredible array of incentives for foreign investors, magical retirement opportunities that allow you to live in luxury on a modest budget, and irresistible property deals that will make it hard to go back home…

You might be tempted to buy a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse located just ten minutes from downtown Panama City. Fully renovated and air-conditioned, this property was listed for just $55,000…

“I had considered buying a property in Panama before I came. I made a brief trip to Panama City in December-January of last year to scout out the scene.  However, it wasn’t until this seminar that I felt confident enough to buy.  I think I will be purchasing an apartment or condo in the next couple of days!”
- Patrica Kurowski, Lafayette, IN -

Or you might discover a private 2.2-acre beach estate near Coronado Beach,– complete with 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom guest house, pool, gazebo, caretaker’s quarters and over an acre of orchards. Who could resist such a property? The dream house we’re describing would easily have fetched millions in the U.S., but recently sold here for just $295,000…

On the night of Friday, May 11, you’re invited to join us for a group dinner at the El Tambor de la Alegria on Panama City’s famous Amador causeway.

The Amador causeway was created from 18 million yards of solid rock extracted from the excavation of the Panama Canal. It’s lined with palm trees and provides spectacular views of Casco Viejo and the Panama City skyline.

At the restaurant El Tambor de la Alegria, you’ll get to try some tasty local delicacies while enjoying a Panamanian folklore show.

It’ll be a fun and exotic evening at one of Panama City’s most beautiful and picturesque locales.

We look forward to you joining us there.

Maybe you have always wanted to build your own dream house. In Boquete – a small town in the Panama Province of Chiriquí that was named by Modern Maturity magazine as one of the World's 15 Best Places to Live -- you’ll find ready-to-build lots already complete with paved road, electricity, water, phone and internet capacity for around $45,000... and you can build a two-bedroom home for just $133,000...

“Panama: So hot right now… Less pricey real estate, far lower cost of living… Come on down: The price is right…” – USA Today

“While Costa Rica is a great success story, it is hardly an undiscovered gem. That description may apply more outside its southern border in Panama." - London Financial Times

"Panama is the new Central American bargain, where the U.S. dollar – the market currency – goes a long way. The country ranks second only to Switzerland as a tax haven…” - Conde Nast Traveler

“…An undiscovered tourist paradise.” - Boston Globe

“Long overshadowed by eco-tourism heavyweights Costa Rica and Belize to the north, Bocas del Toro is starting to emerge as the newest star in the eco-tourism pantheon.” - Gannet News Service

“…a group of like-minded Americans, lured by cheap land and a government aware of the fragility of its natural resources, are creating a new version of the Gold Coast, a Riviera with an eco-friendly agenda…” - New York Times

"…blissfully pristine and low-key…It's a trip back in time." - Men's Journal

But there’s much more to lure you to Panama than phenomenal land deals:

You can also benefit from:

  • Money-saving discount programs… on everything from movies to prescriptions to airline tickets for pensioners)…
  • Consistent buying power… The market currency is the U.S. dollar, so there is no need to exchange currency and no risk of losing your buying power as the value of the dollar fluctuates worldwide…
  • Guaranteed privacy… Panama enjoys the status of being one of the last truly private offshore havens, second only to Switzerland…so you can rest assured your financial affairs will remain discreet…
  • Modern infrastructure… Thanks to the Panama Canal, and years of foreign investment, Panama enjoys an enviable infrastructure, including transportation, communication, and economic services that can support any business or leisure activity you can think of…
  • Affordable medical care… that rivals the U.S. in terms of quality – for half the price or less… (The brand new John Hopkins Medical Facility in Punta Pacifica is state of the art.)
  • An enviable geographic location… 477 miles of Caribbean beach on one side, 767 miles of Pacific beach on the other and 500 rivers that wind through the country and make their way to the oceans. If waterfront land is akin to gold, Panama is certainly a bountiful mine.

You’ll Meet Panama’s Most Well-Connected Experts and Hosts
at the Live and Prosper in Panama Seminar

Attendees are introduced to the IL faculty at a recent Live and Prosper in Panama Seminar

Because we beat the pack here by about a dozen years – we are firmly established while others are trying to get their bearings.

According to an October 25, 2006 article in the Economist Intelligence Unit, “Among the largest projects in progress are the following.

  • Grupo Olloqui, a Spanish group, is building Palacio de la Bahia on the Bay of Panama. With a planned 97 floors to be completed in 2009, it aims to be tallest skyscraper in Latin America. The construction budget is said to be around US$220m.
  • A rival project to that of Grupo Olloqui for the title of highest building is a planned 104-story residential and hotel building, Ice Tower, being built in the Costa del Este area and slated to be completed in 2010. The building is being developed by F&F Properties, a Panamanian firm.
  • Donald Trump is spearheading Trump Ocean Club International Tower and Hotel. It will have 62 floors containing 800 luxury apartments and hotel rooms, estimated to cost US$220m to build. It will also host a casino, yacht club and private beach. Completion is slated for 2009.
  • Grupo Mall, another Spanish group, in early October laid the first brick of Los Faros de Panamá, a complex of three towers to include a hotel, commercial mall, 1,716 apartments and 4,000 garage spaces. The investment will reach US$600m. The project is set for completion in 2009.

Beachfront developments outside of Panama City are also under way or in the initial stages…”

Enjoy A Better Quality of Life in Panama, For Half The Cost

A view of the Panama Canal—every year more than 14,000 ships cross the canal, carrying over 203 million tons in cargo.

One aspect of Panama that is drawing the attention of Americans and Europeans especially is Panama’s pensionado program.

Aimed at luring retirees to a more luxurious – yet less expensive – lifestyle than most can obtain in their high-tax, high-cost countries of origin, this program puts Panama in a class by itself among retirement destinations around the world.

Got a question you’d like to ask one of our experts directly? All you’ve got to do is check out our Exhibit Hall.

At this May’s Live and Prosper in Panama Seminar Exhibit Hall, you’ll find over 40 tables, fully staffed by our expert speakers and their assistants.

  • Stop by the Exhibit Hall during a coffee and snack break…

The Live and Prosper Exhibit Halls have been getting more and more impressive. And this upcoming Live and Prosper in Panama Seminar is shaping up to be our best ever.

NOTE: At this upcoming seminar, several Boquete developers will have their exhibits on display… so if you’ve ever dreamed of living in the mountains with perfect, springlike weather year round, then you’ll definitely want to stop by their exhibits and get all the details on what it’s like to live in Boquete.

If you can document a minimum monthly pension of $500 (plus another $100 per dependent) and meet a few other simple requirements, you may be eligible for a long list of perks, such as:

  • Import tax exemption for household goods
  • Tax exemption to import a new car every two years
  • 50% off entertainment anywhere in the country (movies, theaters, concerts, sporting events)
  • 30% off bus, boat, and train fares
  • 25% off airline tickets
  • 50% off hotel stays from Monday through Thursday
  • 30% off hotels stays from Friday through Sunday
  • 25% off at restaurants
  • 15% off at fast-food restaurants
  • 15% off hospital bills (if no insurance applies)
  • 10% off prescription medicines
  • 20% off medical consultations
  • 15% off dental and eye exams
  • 20% off professional and technical services
  • 50% reduction in closing costs for home loans
  • 25% discounts on utility bills
  • 15% off loans made in your name
  • 1% less on home mortgages for homes used for personal residence

To qualify for Panama’s pensionado program, all you need is to receive a minimum of $500 from a government or well-known corporate entity – no matter what your age! And if it’s a private pension, then you can qualify if you’re at least 50 years old.

Panama City is a skyline of skyscrapers…modern office buildings and hotels, all glass and steel, facing out over the Gulf of Panama.

Remember, too, that these are discounts off of already low costs. Panama City might feel like New York City in some ways – but not to your wallet.

Whether you are living on a pension or fixed budget – or just like to spend less and get more – Panama will make your heart sing. You’ll only pay 10 - 12 cents per kilowatt hour electricity costs in most places. Water and trash collection will run you around $7 a month. You can hire a live-in maid for $100 a month.

“I knew nothing about Panama before I came.  I now feel as if I know a great deal.  I’m now leading towards brain overload, but I know next week the important points will come back to me.  And if I need to refresh my memory about anything, I have the emails of the speakers, thanks to the International Living information pack.”
-
Elma Stillion, Richmond, UK

You’ll also live and eat like a king – local beer at the supermarket is just 35 cents a can, and a cup of coffee in a restaurant may be as little as 30 cents, too. How about an avocado for just 50 cents, a pound of chicken for a dollar, a banana for 5 cents – and a complete dinner at a mid-range restaurant -- $10 per person.

These aren’t the pensionado prices – these are the regular prices. In U.S. dollars, with no worries or concerns that you’ll lose any buying power – since the U.S. dollar is the national currency used across Panama and does not need to be exchanged, ever.

There’s nothing like hearing it “straight from the horse’s mouth.” That’s why you’ll enjoy hearing the real stories of these IL readers that now call Panama home.

They’ll tell you “their Panama story”… what they do in Panama now… what it’s like to live in Panama as an expat… what you can expect when you relocate to Panama… and much more.

Here are a few expats we’ll introduce you to:

Jennifer King is a classically trained French chef and worked in the hotel restaurant industry before moving to Panama from Oregon. She opened the La Cresta de Oro pet friendly Bed & Breakfast and is currently working with a non-profit group to compile a guide (and website) to Panama city restaurants.

Cynthia Cudmore-Mulder  was born and bred in the popular Canadian tourist destination, the province of Prince Edward Island, Cynthia was the middle child of three Cudmore siblings who were raised listening to business news and marketing brainstorms at the breakfast table. She studied Commercial Design and Advertising at Holland College and later languages at the University of Prince Edward Island.

On completion of her studies at Holland College, she took management and buying roles for large departments, as well as developing several tourism businesses. A shareholder in the business, and having taken her departments to the top in the region, she decided it was time to take a sabbatical and traveled around the world for 2 years - during which plans took an unexpected turn.

During her sabbatical, she traveled Asia and then dropped her bags in Queensland, Australia for a year where she explored the Great Barrier Reef and the outback. Eventually she put down roots in the Caribbean island of Curaçao, Netherlands Antilles where she started a publishing/consulting company, Infinity International N.V., developing business promotions for Caribbean businesses and government organizations. Author of a tourism guide published by the European Union for the island of Curacao, as well as the developer and author for numerous newsletters and tourism magazines in the Dutch Caribbean. In Curaçao she met her Dutch-Curaçaoan husband, Hiddo Mulder. Following the birth of their son they left Japan for 5 years but ended up cutting ties with Curaçao and remaining in Japan where they still have major connections.

In Japan, without a career to balance, Cynthia studied the art of Japanese ceramics and began a vintage Japanese kimono and antique business in the southern city of Fukuoka. It was during this period they decided to investigate Panama for their future, and traveled there purchasing property on Taboga Island. Panama seemed a perfect place to settle, for the culture, tropical climate and vicinity to their homes in North America and Netherland Antilles. When the contract with Hiddo’s first company was almost over, they were offered another, which they took after making the decision that Cynthia would go to Panama first to develop their property and settle with their son, and Hiddo would sign a commuting contract.

Never one to sit for long, Cynthia knew retirement in the traditional sense was not for them. She decided to redefine it to suit their lifestyle. It was her goal to develop several small businesses to keep her active which would keep them involved in the Panama business community.

Now, Cynthia is managing design, construction, logistics, and development, of their Cerrito Tropical Vacation Apartments on nearby Taboga Island, as well as consulting for other expats on projects both in the city and on Taboga. She consults for expats on their renovations with her American-trained Panamanian crew, and sourcing products in Panama. A published author, writing has always been Cynthia’s passion; she continues to write when she has the time, although now using her both her International and Panamanian experience as the base for her articles. Cynthia has been an expat for close to 20 years. Australia, Curaçao, Japan and now Panama; she is making Panama their permanent home.

She’ll tell you all about this special eco-community and exclusive retreat that is designed specifically to protect and enhance the natural environment. Imagine a private, upscale enclave with first class amenities, just steps away from a pristine beach complemented by spectacular custom homes situated on oceanfront lots.

Jim and Donna Hawley’s first six day trip to Panama in July 2004 resulted in the purchase of a city condo, and a Pacific Beach property, with the intention of investment. Their daughter, Brooke, and her boyfriend relocated in August to Panama to work with Jim and Donna and also to have the first Panamanian Hawley - born here at Hospital Punta Pacifica, just last month.  Their younger daughter, Kea, is also contemplating opportunities here in Panama and a possible relocation. It has been a curved path in their quest to find a ‘life’; here in Panama that could afford them a less stressful work environment, with a little more time for their newest passion -- golf.

Donna relocated in Oct 2004 to set up the city condo and to start her first business—a T-shirt company, Panama Sol, with designs from artwork by the children of Panama, who sent their drawings into a contest that Donna sponsored.  The designs are currently the only authentic Panama shirts in the country and are in select boutiques and gift shops.  Donna then consulted for an American developer in Bocas del Toro, which resulted in the designing of a complete accessory line for their logo and the opening of a surf shop.  Jim decided to seize an opportunity to manage a four star resort on an island in the Pearl Islands.

Being an English speaking manager with all Spanish speaking employees presented some interesting challenges but he enjoyed the experience immensely - except for the remoteness of the location and lack of internet or phone service. On to the next entrepreneurial adventure for this dynamic boomer couple.

In between presentations, feel free to introduce yourself and ask these seasoned Panama expats any questions you may have in mind about traveling, living, retiring, or starting a new business in Panama. They’ll be glad to help you.

Panama boasts many fine beaches where you’ll be completely undisturbed

So many places sound good on paper – and even look good in pictures. But there’s still only one way to see if a place is going to be a good fit for you, and that’s to set foot on the soil yourself.

If after a few days you find you don’t want to leave – ever – you know you’ve found the place.

Honestly, there’s so much to see and do in Panama – so many options – that it could easily be overwhelming.

But when you come to an event like the Live and Prosper in Panama Seminar, you can do your best thinking, knowing that many of the most basic decisions and pieces of information have already been gathered – residency and citizenship, real estate, business opportunities, tax questions. There’s simply no need to figure it out all by yourself – we’ve done all the legwork for you.

Think of how much time, money, and hassles this will save you. All of these esteemed experts will be in one place… at one time. Sure, you could go out and try to meet all of these experts on your own, but why bother? At the Live and Prosper in Panama Seminar, you can do it all in one place, spend a few days at a fantastic Panama City hotel, and have a great time doing it.

All of the resources, developers, expatriates, and service providers you’ll meet through us have been pre-screened. Which means we’ve visited their site, done background checks on them – the works.

Why?

We’re holding an exclusive VIP event for you at the beautifully-restored Panama Canal Museum.

Or it might just be the thriving business community, the black, tan and white sand beaches running up and down the isthmus, the 48 national parks, reserves, and wildlife refuges – everyone has their reasons for coming to Panama. The real miracle of this place is that the reasons can vary so widely.

It’s cliché, I know, but it’s more true here than anywhere else I know: Panama offers something for everyone. As I said, you should see it for yourself. And you should see it now.

Sincerely,

Kathleen Peddicord
