She tended bar in a strip joint...inspected bolts at a factory...waitressed in a Chinese restaurant, and clerked at a print shop where she typed invoices and lied to customers about why their orders weren't ready. Today she is International Living's roving Euro-editor, and regularly sends us notes from even further afield.
Q3. After graduating from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, he served as editor for an Omaha newspaper. Today, acting as IL’s Panama Insider, he’s busy exploring…with a keen eye…the many opportunities available for living, investing, and doing business in Panama.
Q4. He's owned real estate in Europe, Central America, and North America, lived on five continents and is International Living’s resident expert in International Real Estate.
Q5. After an extensive search for the best place to begin retirement, he settled in Cuenca, Ecuador in 2001, and has never looked back. He now writes for International Living on various topics, from Ecuador and elsewhere in South America.
